Production possibilities
Possessed potential and technological facilities allow comprehensive implementation of purchasing orders at every stage of production process: from preparing technological project through building or adapting patterns to selecting right alloy grade, making casting, heat treatment and finally machining and testing the finished product.
We offer cast steel and cast iron castings from 5 to 5000 kg.
- constructional cast steel
- wear resistant constructional cast steel (including high-manganese and high-chromium), heat-resistant and high temperature creep-resisting
- grey cast iron, alloy cast iron (heat-resistant and high temperature creep-resisting), ductile: GJS-400-15 ÷ GJS-700-2 and GJS-400-18 (with increased impact strength in -20°C).

We offer individual selection of material grade to suit customer’s needs.
We offer rough or full machining according to customer’s requirements and received documentation.
Depending on the customer’s needs, our castings can be hand or machined moulded. We sell castings in raw or machined condition (rough or final machined) according to received documentation.
